Our team consists of two dedicated and experienced employees who are committed to delivering personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of everyone. The ownership percentage at Kaira Suu Adult Family Home LLC is 50% for Sheriff ML Jarju, and 50% for Abibatu Saidy respectively.

Abibatu Saidy, who is a Registered Nurse (RN), has been working in the healthcare industry since year 2012. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in various settings before going back to college to get her bachelor’s degree in nursing. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2020, she has been working as an RN in acute care setting and long-term settings. In acute settings, she worked in various departments including medical surgery, neurosurgery, and behavioral care.

Sheriff on the other hand, has been working in the homecare setting since the year 2020 after graduating with an MBA. He worked one year as a lead to direct care staff in a supported living agency leading to his promotion as a program manager since 2021. During his studies, Sheriff was working as a caregiver to an in-homecare agency helping people living with disabilities since 2018.
